Microtechs launched our White Label Network Operations Centre service in 2017 following a growing demand from our clients seeking a more proactive management of their networks. This was a natural progression and addition to our already successful white label help desk service.

Microtechs NOC operatives have been carefully selected from our help desk to progress into the more senior engineer role. Operational 24/7/365, the operatives carefully monitor our clients RMM platforms and systems, in addition to emails and other generated incidents. The response time for this service is within 30 minutes.

PRICING MODELS

Per case - Fully inclusive

All of our NOC only plans are on a per case plan. This will include an agreed volume of incident responses within a monthly retainer.

Within the fully inclusive model, we work to resolve the incident.

Per case models start from as little as £500 per month for 24x7x365 cover.

 

Per Case - Catch and dispatch

All of our NOC only plans are on a per case plan. This will include an agreed volume of incident responses within a monthly retainer.

Within the catch and dispatch model, we monitor for an incident and follow an immediate escalation path.

Per case models start from as little as £500 per month for 24x7x365 cover.

Per User/Device

Per user is a perfect model for organisations looking to sell on Monitoring as a Service as part of a package.

The per user per month model is a more stable billing model as there is less variation to the monthly cost as all case volumes are included.

The model is available in both daytime and 24x7x365 and starts from as little as £22.50 per user per month.

SET UP FEE

This varies by contract and the work and training involved to on-board. The fee is a one off payment prior to the service starting and covers the project manager’s time spending time with you training and for developing the processes and documentation for the scope of support requested. This also includes the DDI line set up and all internal training of staff who will work on your contract.

This one off fee can be absorbed if committing to a longer-term agreement of 12 months or more.
