Microtechs launched our White Label Network Operations Centre service in 2017 following a growing demand from our clients seeking a more proactive management of their networks. This was a natural progression and addition to our already successful white label help desk service.
Microtechs NOC operatives have been carefully selected from our help desk to progress into the more senior engineer role. Operational 24/7/365, the operatives carefully monitor our clients RMM platforms and systems, in addition to emails and other generated incidents. The response time for this service is within 30 minutes.
