We provide support using out Technical Operations Centre and our nationwide network of engineers. The centre is staffed by fully trained 1st and 2nd line support teams.
We can cover support in an overflow capacity, or handle your 1st and 2nd line calls to help cover busy periods or times of growth. Being 24/7, means we provide overnight and weekend support. We also support some telecoms companies by providing more IT related service.
The services we are able to provide include:
ü Supporting and proactively managing ADSL / PSTN networks.
ü Raising faults with supplies (E.g. Telstra Europe / BT Openzone / MDNX. We have full access to all major suppliers’ portals.
ü Performing 1st line CPE checks with customers (Troubleshooting / line testing).
ü We offer centralised role in fault management between supplier and customer.
ü Staff trained up to BSC MSC degree standard in Telecoms.
ü Staff trained in installation, sales and technical support for cloud networks, Cisco and Aerohive.
ü Staff trained in day to day management of Wi-Fi networks and experienced in installation and managing equipment including: HP, Mikrotik, Draytek, Zytel, Netgear and Meraki.
